Winners 2009

Hypios

The winning project for the 2009 Award is a business plan focusing on the creation of a global online market place connecting communities of problem solvers and innovators.

Hypios helps companies solve their research & development problems by organizing online competitions with thousands of qualified solvers. The site connects users and acts as a guarantor, ensuring that authors of any solution used by a company are paid for the work they have accomplished.

Hypios was founded by Oussama Ammar and Jeremie Bertrand, and quickly built an international team based in both France and the United States. Stephane Chong, VP US Business Development, is going to relocate its base of operations in New York Sunshine Suites office.

What the entrepreneurs say about the Award

"As soon as we presented our project to the Club 600 Committee in New York, we realized how important the coaching from the Club 600 members would be for the future success of our project. We are convinced that the recognition related to the Award and the Club 600’s network are going to allow Hypios emerge as the main actor in the field of open innovation and online solving problems ." said Klaus-Peter Speidel, VP Concepts & Communication for Hypios.
