Jérôme Chasques : Managing Director, GiftyBoxIn the early nineties, Jerome produced educational programs on CD-ROMs and DVDs in Europe, including the award-winning "The Louvre Museum" title, which received the MILIA Award at the 96' Cannes Festival for best cultural CD-ROM of the year.
In 1998, Jerome acquired licensing rights of Fifa World Cup France 98 for multimedia platforms. Later that year, Jerome founded 'Mr. Cinema', an entertainment news portal and movie database he sold to Liberty Surf Group, an Internet access provider then a subsidiary of Bernard Arnault's LVMH group.
Jerome moved with his wife to NYC in 2002 and launched a new concept, Dinner in the Dark, which drew a lot of media attention, including a live coverage on CNN and a featured article in the Washington Times.
Next, Jerome co-founded The Matchmaking Institute, as well as Sogifty Publishing, maker of the Giftybox.
Jerome is today the happy father of a young baby boy, Solal, born the day Lehman Brothers collapsed.
Jerome loves connecting people together and always brings innovative products and creative concepts on the market.
